• Current driver’s license
• Refrigerant Handlers license
• 2 years + experience in the HVAC industry
• Experience in installing/servicing/diagnosing high walls, floor consoles, cassettes, ducted and multi systems
• Ability to work in a team and individually
• Electrical Trade Registration is an advantage but not essential
• Site Safe holder preferable but can be provided
• Heights training (heights and harness and EWP) preferable but can be provided
• Takes pride in their workmanship
• Good communication & customer service skills (speaks and writes fluent English)
• Ability to offer training to clients regarding maintenance/operation of their systems
• Great at building and maintaining relationships
• Is thorough and methodical
• Hardworking and physically fit
• Able to work unsupervised
